Group yoga
Start your week with a grounding, feel-good flow. Yoga improves mobility, balance, core strength, and breath control while lowering stress and calming the nervous system—perfect cross-training for lifting and daily life. This class is led by Kelli Snider-Short (RYT-200, NASM-CPT), who brings a functional, supportive approach informed by her own journey using yoga to manage anxiety. Kelli specializes in meeting you where you are—including beginners, deconditioned movers, and those rebuilding confidence—so you leave feeling better in your body.
