Get the results you’ve wanted with focused, 30-minute sessions designed around your goals. Work one-on-one with a Six20 coach to build strength, improve movement, and stay accountable. The Six20 app helps keep you on track between sessions — log workouts, monitor nutrition, and track progress all in one place.

Start with a $75 movement assessment, or get it included when you join our Learn to Lift program. One of these must be completed prior to starting 1-on-1 sessions.
