Our Learn to Lift Program our flagship program we want everyone to start with. It is a 5 week 10-session series created for those who are ready to start building real strength and confidence in the gym. Guided 1-on-1 by our board-certified personal trainers, you’ll learn proper form, foundational movement patterns, and safe lifting techniques that set you up for long-term success. No other gym sets you up for success like this.

From there you can progress with confidence into our full memberships, group classes, and personal training.

Learn to Lift is designed for anyone new to strength training or coming back after time away. It’s ideal if you want to train safely, avoid injury, and finally understand how to move with purpose — whether your goal is strength, tone, or long-term health.

How it works

Step 1 – Sign Up
Register for your inital consult and get started with the Learn to Lift programming.

Step 2 – Attend the Sessions
Show up each session to learn proper form, movement basics, and safe lifting progressions with your coach.

Step 3 – Move Into Ongoing Training
Once you complete Learn to Lift, we’ll help you choose the best next step—membership with ongoing programming, classes, or personal training tailored to your goals.
