Youth strength training builds confidence, coordination, resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. When young athletes learn proper movement early, they move better, get injured less, and develop the physical literacy needed for every sport — and for life. At Six20 Strength, we focus on safe technique, age-appropriate progressions, and an encouraging environment that helps kids grow stronger in mind and body.

Girls Speed & Strength

Monday & Wednesday 4:15pm & 5:30pm Start Times

A confidence-building training class designed to help girls develop faster sprint mechanics, better agility, and full-body strength. Led by certified coaches, each session focuses on proper movement patterns, injury-resistant technique, and progressive strength work that builds athleticism for any sport. This class is created for middle school and high school ages.

Boys Speed & Strength

A high-energy youth class built to improve speed, agility, and total-body strength. Our certified coaches teach proper form, explosive movement patterns, and age-appropriate strength training to help boys move better, build power, and excel in their sport. This class is created for middle school and high school ages.
