Faith · Strength · Fellowship
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start.
Who this is for.
Sober Strength is an online program for men who are sober, working toward sobriety, or starting to question the role alcohol has in their life.
You’ll get five workouts each week, faith-based encouragement, a private community, and practical resources for the situations that can make sobriety difficult.
You may be a few days sober.
You may have years behind you.
You may still be drinking but know something needs to change.
You may simply be looking for better routines and something positive to put your energy into.
There isn’t a minimum number of sober days required to be here, and you don’t need to share your whole story.
Train at home or in a gym. Start where you are.
A simple week. Something to build around.
Monday — Lower Body
Tuesday — Upper Body
Wednesday — Conditioning
Thursday — Upper Body
Friday — Full Body
Saturday — Move, recover, get outside
Sunday — Weekly devotional
+ The Situational Playbook
Real life is usually where things get harder—weddings, holidays, work trips, game days, Friday nights, or simply being offered a drink.
I included the Situational Playbook to give you short, practical, on-demand guidance for those moments so you can go in with a plan instead of trying to figure it out in the moment.
Faith. Strength. Fellowship.
Faith
Sobriety affects a lot more than what’s in your glass.
We’ll talk about faith, identity, temptation, relationships, forgiveness, discipline, purpose, and what it looks like to keep moving forward.
Each week includes a longer devotional along with simple encouragement throughout the week.
Strength
Strength training gives you something positive to work toward.
Five workouts are programmed each week with options for training at home or in a gym. Programming progresses over time instead of giving you random workouts just to make you tired.
The goal isn’t punishment. It’s getting stronger, healthier, more capable, and building a routine that supports the life you’re trying to create.
Fellowship
Recovery can get lonely fast. Sober Strength gives you a private place to be around other men who understand what it’s like to make this change.
You don’t have to post every day. You don’t have to be the guy sharing his life story. Participate however you’re comfortable.
Sometimes it just helps knowing you aren’t doing it alone.
The training.
The program is built so you can train without needing a perfect gym setup. Depending on the workout, you may use:
· Dumbbells
· Kettlebells
· Resistance Bands
· Bodyweight
· Basic EquipmentHave access to a full gym? Great. Training at home? Perfect. The goal is not complicated programming.
Train consistently. Get stronger. Keep progressing.
Built by someone who’s been there.

If you believe you may be physically dependent on alcohol, talk with a medical professional before stopping suddenly.
No. You can participate as much or as little as you want. Some guys will post often. Others may mostly read and follow along.
Both are fine.
Do I have to post in the group?
