Sports Specific

Sports-specific strength and conditioning improves power, speed, mobility, and injury-resilience by focusing on the exact movement patterns and skills your sport requires. We’re proud to train youth athletes from across the region including Nickerson, Hutchinson, Inman, McPherson, Andale, Newton, Salina, Hesston, Buhler, Haven, Halstead, and Sterling. Perform better, stay healthier, and build confidence that carries onto the court or field.

Volleyball

Designed to elevate every aspect of your game, this program helps volleyball athletes build explosive power, functional strength, agility, and speed. Each session blends strength training, plyometrics, and speed drills to increase vertical jump, reaction time, and hitting power—the key components to dominating the court.

Classes are led by Coach Madaline Carr and offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Football

Designed to complement your school’s off-season program, this Saturday session, led by coach Taylor Morris, focuses on the details that separate good athletes from great ones. Each workout builds explosive speed, mobility, stability, and recovery—the foundations of real on-field performance.

Athletes will refine sprint mechanics, acceleration, and change of direction while developing power through plyometric and functional strength work. Every session finishes with guided mobility and recovery to keep players performing at their best all week.

Classes begin in February from 6-7am.
