Unlike random daily workouts, every class at Six20 follows a structured training plan designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and help you progress month after month.

Our Classes

Build & Burn

Strength. Cardio. Conditioning. One Complete Workout.

Build & Burn is our signature group training experience, combining strength training, HIIT, cardio, core work, mobility, and functional fitness into one professionally coached class.

Each month features fresh programming and a new training focus, giving you the variety to stay motivated while following a structured plan designed to produce real, lasting progress. Every workout is scalable, so whether you're just getting started or have years of experience, our coaches will help you train at the right level for you.

Lunch Power

Big Results. Just 30 Minutes.

Need an effective workout without taking over your day? Lunch Power is a fast-paced, high-energy class designed to help you maximize your lunch break.

Led by Coach Brooke, this 30-minute workout combines strength, conditioning, and functional movement into an efficient session that leaves you feeling stronger, energized, and ready to tackle the rest of your day. Every workout is coach-led, scalable, and designed to challenge all fitness levels.

First Time?

Don't worry about keeping up.

Our coaches will help you learn the movements, modify exercises as needed, and make sure you feel comfortable from your very first class.
