This one-on-one session makes sure you begin safely, confidently, and at the right level.

Your consult includes:

  • Valor 3D movement scan (joint, mobility, and stability assessment)

  • Metablic scan, nutrition basics, and macro guidance

  • Goal setting + training background review

  • Program placement based on your needs

  • Gym walkthrough + equipment orientation

  • 24/7 access setup
