This is a daily system built around three things: faith, physical training, and structured accountability. Every day follows the same rhythm: Move. Anchor. Check in.

Not because routines magically fix your life — but because most men don’t fail from lack of information. They fail in the same unstructured hours, over and over again. This program rebuilds those hours first.
