Six20 Strength — Terms of Service
Sep 27, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By using our website, buying a membership, package, or product, or entering the facility, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply to Six20 Strength LLC ("Six20 Strength," "we," "us"), located at [street address], Hutchinson, Kansas.
These terms work alongside the membership agreement, liability waiver, and any other forms you sign with us. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed document controls. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
You must be 18 or older to purchase or sign up. Minors may train only with a parent or guardian's signed consent and waiver.
2. Memberships, billing, and cancellations
Recurring plans. Memberships and coaching plans (for example, 1x, 2x, or 3x weekly) bill automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
Prices. Current pricing is listed at the gym or on our website. We may change rates with at least [30] days' written notice by email. The new rate applies starting with your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. Access and sessions may be paused until your account is current. A [$X] fee may apply to declined payments.
Cancellation. Cancel by giving [30] days' written notice by email to [email address] or through your member account. You remain responsible for any payment that falls within the notice period. Verbal notice to a coach is not a cancellation.
Freezes. Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months per year for medical reasons, travel, or other approved reasons, with a written request.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused sessions, and packages, except where Kansas law requires otherwise or at our sole discretion (for example, a documented medical inability to train).
Legacy and promotional rates are honored only as stated in writing and may end when that written term ends.
3. Coaching, sessions, and scheduling
Session packages. Coached sessions, including Learn to Lift, are sold in packages. Progress through Learn to Lift depends on the individual; the number of sessions needed is not guaranteed. Your coach may recommend 1-on-1 or modified programming if that serves you better.
Expiration. Packaged sessions expire 30 days after purchase unless extended in writing. Monthly plan sessions do not roll over to the next month.
Late cancellations and no-shows. Cancel or reschedule at least [24] hours before a session. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session.
Coach assignments. We assign coaches based on availability. We may change your coach, class times, or schedule when needed and will give reasonable notice when possible.
Results. Training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including effort, nutrition, sleep, and health. We do not guarantee specific results.
4. Facility access and conduct
24/7 access. Access credentials are personal. Do not share them or let anyone in behind you. You are responsible for anyone you admit. Staff are not on site during unstaffed hours, so train within your ability, and call 911 in an emergency.
Cameras. The facility uses video surveillance for safety and security, except in restrooms and changing areas.
Facility rules. Members agree to:
Re-rack weights and wipe down equipment after use
Use equipment only as intended and within their training level
Wear appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes
Treat staff and other members with respect; harassment, threats, or discrimination are not tolerated
Keep the facility free of alcohol, illegal drugs, and weapons [as permitted by Kansas law]
Personal property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Damage. Members are responsible for damage they cause beyond normal wear.
Suspension or termination. We may suspend or end access for violating these terms or facility rules, sharing access, or unsafe behavior. Amounts already paid are not refunded in that case.
5. Health, risk, and medical disclaimer
Not medical care. Six20 Strength provides fitness coaching, not physical therapy or medical treatment. This is true even when a coach or owner holds a healthcare license. Physical therapy is provided only through a separate practice, under a separate evaluation and plan of care.
Consult your doctor. Check with your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, injury, or are pregnant. Tell your coach about any change in your health.
Assumption of risk. Exercise carries inherent risks, including muscle strains, joint injury, and in rare cases serious injury or death. You take part voluntarily and accept these risks. You must sign our liability waiver before training.
Stop if something feels wrong. Stop exercising and tell staff (or call 911) if you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual pain.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent Kansas law allows, Six20 Strength and its owners, staff, and coaches are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the facility, services, or programs, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Programs, products, and legal terms
Training app and programs. Workout programs delivered through our training app, PDFs, videos, and other materials are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or post them. Third-party apps are also governed by their own terms.
Scans and assessments. Body composition and metabolic scans are for general fitness and wellness tracking. They are not medical tests or diagnoses.
Supplements. Supplements sold in our store are made by third-party manufacturers. We do not make health claims about them, and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Check with your doctor before use. Member discounts apply only while membership is active. Opened products are not returnable [unless defective].
Website content. Content on this site, including text, logos, photos, and the Six20 Strength name, belongs to Six20 Strength LLC. Information on the site is general and not personal medical or fitness advice.
Photos and testimonials. We will not use your name, photo, or story in marketing without your written permission.
Privacy. We collect personal, payment, and health-related information only to provide services and run the business. We do not sell your information. [See our Privacy Policy.]
Communications. By signing up, you agree to receive account-related emails and texts. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Kansas law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Reno County, Kansas.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
